Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

We offer refunds on products/services within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item/service must be unused and in the same condition as received.

2. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at johnmayo@ucha.ed or 1-531-202-6787 with your order details and reason for the refund. We may require additional information or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Approval:

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 bussiness days.

4. Non-Refundable Items/Services:

Certain items/services are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

Downloadable/digital products
Services already rendered
Gift cards

5. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

6. Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges. if The workshop is of same value as original purchased.

7. Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
